 I'll probably get molested by vodka as a one off... as long as it's on a Friday, I can be back in action for the Monday!


 I was always pretty naff at running so I figured that I would bite the bullet and use the treadmill at the gym after talking to my friend who's also getting into running. Anyway, I did better than I thought I would and I'm chuffed. It wasn't much and I think that I could have done better but it was getting late so I left.

 I'll go hit the treadmill again tomorrow and try and do better.

Started cutting back on snacks and stuff on a night and having healthier meals (as in... Just small changes, like for lunch instead of a Salmon and Cheese toastie on white bread, I just had a salmon sandwich on brown bread) last week and it feels good ^^

...also satsumas are amazing when you're cutting back on unhealthy stuff - they're still really nice and sweet but good for you xD Not quite chocolate, but it's getting there =P

vodka has comparitively less congeners than other alcoholic beverages so if anything it'll be the least worst hangover compared to some stuff like rum, brandy, whiskey, beer, toenail schnapps, etc.

got back from my excursion to examworld today to find a mystery parcel had arrived in the post........ containing james's new album aND a la petite mort autographed poster!!! 
 
i am easily excited wow. 
also i ended up buying another james compilation album a couple of days ago because it had 3 tracks on it i'd never heard. 
sooo tomorrow there will be much CD listening, particularly as i am home alone aww yeee.

I can't drink vodka, it totally destroys me. The last night I was on vodka I ended up falling asleep in a pub toilet after having been sick, crying all over my friend as we were walking to the taxi rank, and then had to get out of the taxi because I was going to be sick again and rather stupidly walked home before passing out on the couch. But it turns out I left my purse in the pub anyway so I wouldn't have had any money to pay the driver. I just stick to Bacardi these days and/or cheap wine.

Lots of DC rumours floating about that are looking like I'm going to have a lot to watch soon ^^ Young Justice is rumoured to be getting a real life show and then there's Nightwing being rumoured for a role in Arrow. Could be an awesome couple of years if these turn out to be true ^^

I just had a battle as part of the current competition and I won! I usually don't win and lose very quickly but I got REALLY lucky! My opponent's Flareon got badly Poisoned from the Toxic Orb after taking out my Zoroark and I happened to have a Gengar with Venoshock. Anyway I used Venoshock which took out most of Flareon's HP leaving only an 8th left and Flareon then used Flare Blitz taking itself AND Gengar out.

 I successfully changed to heavier plates in my squats and my bench press 

 I'm not necessarily lifting really heavy weights at the moment, but I think I'm getting there. I have weeks where I focus mostly on maintaining my strength, then weeks where I'll try and increase it 


 Holy smokes... I should be benching over 100kgs by Christmas.

Making progress on things I've gotta sort out (got Student Finance still to do which is gonna be a pain) but otherwise things seem to be okay.

Gonna try spriting again tonight, dunno how well this is gonna go though lol

 Happy Valley is easily one of my favourite series in a long while... it does kinda suck that I watched the finale before I started watching them in order.

 The lady is just such a lovable character! It's just a shame that I can't remember her name for the life of me.
