Kanye West - Diamonds From Sierra Leone
Kanye West ft Jay-Z - Diamonds From Sierra Leone Remix

Take a good concept (a better one in the remix), a Shirley Bassey sample, and a fantastic rap and beat to match, you get pure awesomeness. Plus Jay-Z raps well in the remix (although Kanye on the remix is absolutely brilliant, best rap performance by him so far in his career).
