It also can only be learned by pokemon with tusks.

That sounds like a move they should use in a sequel for pokemon XD

Description: The User Kicks the Opponent With A Foot Cloaked in Electricity. It may Paralyze the foe. If it misses, the User Paralyzes itself instead.

Its a sort of cross between Blaze Kick and Hi Jump Kick, except a different type and a different miss effect.
