Random Randomness / Re: what's saddening you right now?
« on: August 09, 2011, 22:54 »
My job. It's temporary and I'm kinda glad I have one. But I hate the people working there (who I can't communicate, including a lot of the managers because they speak Polish) and I hate the agency for not being open to negotiation. They thrown me into the job without discussing it and just giving me random times in a text message. I had to text back now, saying I cannot attend because I want to attend my summer course. It might end up me risking my job, but heck, I rather be homeless than suffer one more day in a tired and angry state with a bunch of people I feel like killing.

Yes, you're telling me off for screwing up a certain package. Now say it in English.

All I can say.

Well, the reason I fell in love with Doctor Who isn't Matt Smith (though I love him as the new Doctor), but rather that Stephen Moffat is at the helm. But that little snippet at the end with the girl makes me intrigued.

(Spoiler: I'm interested in why she is regenerating. I still believe it might have something to do with the Silence. But with the internet is going, I think a lot of people are going to assume it is lovechild of the Doctor and Amy.)

Also, I love the Silence. They are pretty much tied with the Weeping Angels for best non-traditional Doctor Who villain.

Has a 7th Series and/or Xmas special for this year even been confirmed yet? 0.o

Zilch. All we know is that Matt Smith has signed on for two series (Series 5 and 6) and there has been no hint whatsoever to its future afterwards.

The BBC really shot themselves in the foot with that one, I loved the episode but they killed the doctor in his current regeneration, and already explained if they prevent that they create a paradox, so if Matt Smith ever wants to leave the show they will have quiet a few continuity issues.

That hasn't stopped Russell T Davies and I doubt that will stop Steven Moffat either (Though I hope Steven pulls out a good explanation for it).

I can think of two ways. Either they will create a paradox, but there will be a way to rectify the paradox and save the Doctor. Or they planning to end the series for good.

Anyway, my impression: I love the new episode and as always, Matt Smith is always on form. I also love the new species, The Silence (inb4 'What's that?'). And River Song is still as sexy as always <3

Miss Homicide and now this? There's no need because it can be quite annoying. Fair enough, you can disagree with them but even in a subtle way it's not nice to be like this.

They are my pet names and thus, as long as it is not hurtful [which really, Miss Homicide wasn't an insult. It was actually Clairefable in one subject talking about something annoying her that she called herself 'homocidal']. Besides, I am building up the mantra of nicknames as I go along.

Monseuir Mur De Briques is something I put in Google Translator for Mr. Brick Wall.

I like my nicknames though, including my own [Mr. Arrogant]. Hopefully at some point, I'll have my collection of Mr. Men and Little Miss, which would be awesome.

Monseuir Mur De Briques is actually the happiest thing in what, 5 hours or so? Quite sad, but I've been helping out in my Dad's shop and there's hardly any customers or phone calls. So in a landslide, the new nick name is the happiest highlight of 5 hours.

Would've been the music, but then this computer seem to have a dodgy sound card that doesn't work unless you restart it.

Dear Snow,

I hated how you came near me. I hated how it touched my skin. I hated how hard it made me when I tried to catch a bus, when I travelled through town, where I try to reach college. Oh and college told me it's closed. I absolutely hate you snow. I hate you with every inch of my being. You're a disgusting, wretched weather.

And now, you return once again to torment me. Please, TAKE MY WIFE AND CHILDREN. BUT PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE.

yours faithfully,

the crazy, emotionless member, ammish.

Bonobos [Chimps, Pygmy] and Dolphins are, like humans, can have sex for pleasure rather than procreation.

Also, the female in the Bonobos calls the shot when it comes to sex, even though the male are stronger. Yeah, I'm pretty much in THAT perverted mood that I decide to read facts.

My brother. Came back from a friend's night out and both were arguing. My mum told me it was pretty much his attitude. The first thing he said when he came home wasn't a 'Hi Mum!', but a 'What we're having for tea'. Sure, it was an arguement that stemmed from one little thing, but it was building up over the days with other events.

So yeah... Lack of respect for my mother! Huzzah.

Guys, if you are reading this, then I ask you that if your mother does a lot of things for you, I want you to THANK her and appreciate her. My mother had no support from her family and my Dad doesn't support her either. In fact, apart from a few cash from my Grandma, she has no support. And yet, she practically gave us a roof over our heads, pay for our food, EVEN our bus fare and she still buy us presents.

If your mother or father can provide that 10x more, then I want you to grovel at their feet. Because that is a good parent.

That Fallout: New Vegas has been delivered to me. I <3 ShopTo.net. So far, New Vegas is an improvement over F3 in many ways, especially the writing.

Oh and I got a lovely new name as well <3

I've been kicked out of School in Year 9 after fighting a bully, which lead to me needing an ambulance for checking up. After that, I went to a special school for 'delinquent'.

I used to be violent when I was younger. For a while, I used to be calm as a melon. And now, I'm getting back into it, but not through physical violence, but through debates.

I am definitely coming.

Have I got a sick mind if I took this the wrong way?

Also, probably won't come, as I'm not the sort of person who come into meet-ups. I rather meet people of my own choosing and how close I am to them. Not my cup of tea, frankly.

I liked it, although i felt that the whole 'gap in the time-space continuum' thing was a bit of a deus ex machina, unless it's gonna be central the plotline later on. (That may well be a very stupid statement :L)

The whole 'crack in the wall' is a sneaky way of eliminating all the clustercrap that Russel T.Davies left.
