I want to do that couch to 5K running thing along with my workout. I'm not sure if it'll stop me progressing in my lifts but I want to do it.

I also want to be squatting 80kg in two weeks and I don't want that to be slowed down.

Like, seriously, I'm going to be so happy once I can squat 100kgs because my benchpress wont be far behind  :D but I can see this running thing slowing down my progression.

I believe Rich lives in America...and I don't know how readily available tea is over there, compared to the U.K...

Rich is a midwesterner like me over here in the US. Where I am, tea is easily accessible. In Richard's state? I'm not so sure.

My brother went into my room looking for the action replay (god knows why). Didn't find it. What he did find were my plans for different rps here, including the pokemorphs one i'm doing now. I'll never live this down.

Trying to get to sleep and suddenly I notice a lump on my ear lobe, I catch in with a nail and then magically there's blood everywhere and I find out that it is a spot. Great. Spotty chin, spotty chest, spotty shoulders, spotty armpits, spotty eye lids AND spotty ears. Oh and guess what. 6th form tomorrow and I have to go in covered in spots like what did I do to deserve this I have washed my face twice a day since I can remember. Just wth.

i woke up at five to five this morning with a migraine, which i'd actually felt through my sleep but w/e. managed to get back to sleep at about 5:45 having literally shoved a pillow over my face and woke up an hour later.  sure it's great that the migraine's gone for the most part but l o l i'm gonna have postdrome all day and i'm just not gonna be able to bend over without an attack from pickax-wielding gnomes.

thanks gl <3

^ I hate after you have a migraine, i always feel really groggy and still not 100% back to normal. There's always dull kind of pain going on even though the actual migraine is gone. You should just skive school lol

I have the cold for whatever reason like nobody else I know has it so???? I didn't exactly need it just now but still why immune system

We're watching photography videos in photography and they're really boring. I ended up shutting down and sleeping through a lot of the lesson because I couldn't cope. It happened when I watched the first episode of Game of Thrones. Fight me.

We're going to watch another video tomorrow. It's going to be boring. I'm going to struggle to stay awake.

I don't know why it happens either. It's like my brain says "whoa, skipper, this is boring! Let's go to sleep!" and then I go to sleep.

I just saw an EIGHT year girl wearing a halter top! It was pretty small and I felt disgusted at the parent who allowed their little girl to wear such a thing!
