Great episode, loved the Jack Straws.

The little girl skipping down the road is a reference to a Sylvester McCoy (the Seventh Doctor) episode called Remembrance of the Daleks. I noticed it right away, having seen that episode before.

I knew I heard that music before somewhere.

And the preview for next week, it makes sence.

Ah yes. Good episode that was. Although the Little Girl Turned into Emperor Palpatine.

That was pretty funny. Especially when they opened the door and BAM! The traitor guy is zapped by LOLDEATHLIGHTNING.

I couldn't stop laughing at the Emperor Dalek in that episode. Not only did it look ridiculous, but it also had a hilarious voice. I think I posted a picture of it on one of the first pages of this topic.

Yeah, but it was a great episode, anyway. Ace was awesome.

Pretty good episode. Took a bit to get going but when it did, it was pretty good. Very good cliffhanger too. ;)

He means Mister Saxon is an anagram of Master No. Six.

This was the best episode of this series so far, without a doubt. It was funny, moving, exciting, and incredibly Doctor Whoish, even though 'The Doctor' technically wasn't in it. It reminded me of some of the Paul McGann audios actually, in which identity and memory are often blurred.

Really good. Especially the bit when Martha's riding along and goes to the Tardis in that shed... lovely stuff. Brilliant music again from Mr Gold, especially that waltz in the dance hall.

9/10 from me.

Great episode this week. Loved the Scarecrows Army thing. Thought what he did to The Family was good aswell.

Next weeks dosn't look too good. Apparently its another "Doctor-Lite" episode like Love & Monsters, and we all know what that episode was like.

I loved it. Completely loved it. The battle scene, the Timothy bit, the little girl being all evil (Good actress, I thought), the bit in the war... everything. I can't fault it. Except... How did he 'smell' human when he was in the ship, having become The Doctor?

9.5/10. Oh, and Martha. Ruled. Brilliant. I almost love her more than Rose.

Apparently its another "Doctor-Lite" episode like Love & Monsters, and we all know what that episode was like.

A brilliant, innovative and moving piece of modern television?

I loved it.
I really can't add more to it than that.
As usual, I laughed at the wrong bits, but it was excellent.
I felt really sorry for the John character... and was it just me or did Matron move her eyebrows all the time? I couldn't focus on anything else for some scenes 0o;

But... yes. Fantastic, best so far of this series IMO. Hmm~

Except... How did he 'smell' human when he was in the ship, having become The Doctor?

He said something about "ventriloquism of the nose" I think, but my brain was still adjusting from his John-Smith-ness and it went completely over my head Dx
