Here are mine 
Fire - Charizard
Because he is a tank and I love his mega evolution in Pokemon X and using the Charizardite. Also he has always been my fav from watching the anime

Water - Swampert
Again I think that he is tanky and I used him on my first Pokemon games with a Bulbasaur (Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue Rescue Team) and he ended up being a great Pokemon!!!!!

Grass - Torterra
This was a hard one because my favourite type is grass and I like all of the grass starter Pokemon but Torterra stood out to me because he was the first Pokemon I got last evolution because I got Pokemon Diamond and Pearl. I liked him and I still do and I think that he was good attack and defence. His speed wasn't good but every Pokemon has a down side

Games General / Current Mystery Gifts

So I opened this because looking through I cannot find a board for mystery gift and earlier on this morning, I got a Diancie in Mystery Gift in OR/AS. I never thought that it's speed would be so low but it has great other stats. Just wondering if anyone can clear this up for me, you know like the logistic why. Also I hope that this thread will be continued as other mystery gifts and games come out and then we can all keep talking and all keep up to date with current mystery gifts. Many thanks and let's get this feed started

^ No, gender wasn't introduced until breeding was introduced in gold/silver, with the exception of the Nidoran line which has always been gendered, but as two separate species.

If your Butterfree was in Yellow and you traded it to Gold only to find out it was male, that would be weird!

Did they not have genders in yellow?

Just started doing a Pokemon X Nuzlocke. What team would be worth levelling up and not.  My starter Pokemon was Fennekin . He is called Bingo. Relating to Foxy Bingo
