Older Main Games / is my pokemon good enough to beat the elite four?

My team are :
inferape level 92( flamethrower,close combat,rock smash,fire blitz)
staraptor level 89( fly, aerial ace, steel wing, brave bird)
luxray level 95(crunch, thunderbolt,discharge,spark)
blissey level 98(soft boiled,shadow ball,ice beam,egg bomb)
birariel level 32 ( my TM slave)(surf, rock climb,cut,strength)
rapidash level 91(sunny day, solar beam, flame wheel,stomp)
Is it strong enough to beat the elite 4? I have been training for a month now.
