Dragonair, ah that's better!

Dragonair because you're pretty cool and calm, which is how Dragonair appears to me with it deep blue that gets me thinking about calm... But Lugia is something legendary, big, and decisive, so since Baby Lugia is way off, you'll get a young-Lugia looking creature like Dragonair. Because you're still Lugia.

Ooo, mysterious! Anyway, you can have a Shiny Tropius with its DW ability! (Harvest if you didn't know, he regress berries 50% of the time after usage, or all the time in sun)
