"How am I supposed to be a 'tour guide' if I don't know what I'm guiding you to?" I say, desperate to know what it is we are searching for. Why could she be keeping it secret? It can't be that bad, surely?

"Yes Siofra, I'm curious to know this: What the hell are we looking for?" I questioned Siofra. I take a bit more money on the table as a tip and rejoin the others.

I shake my head and avoid eye contact, walking towards the entrance.

"Do you want me as an ally or not?  I might answer more questions once we find it, but for now it would be best if you know next to nothing."

// I wouldn't want you changing your minds, would I? //

"Fine" I say, briefly, standing up, and overtaking Siofra. "it's this way." I say, losing my excited tone, and reverting back to the cool chilling tone I was using before. "I hope you don't underestimate the security, though." I say, trying to put her off slightly, and hastening my pace.

"I make sure I never underestimate anyone, Nik," I reply in a tone that matches his.  I smirk a little at his attempt to put me off the heist.

//Hmm.... It's almost if she's trying to make us do this. Interesting. Plus, she doesn't want us to know what it is.//

"Alright, Siofra. I guess we'll find out when we find it." I say, walking back to the group.

//I'll talk with Nikolai after this all is over to see his thoughts.//

"Well, you are the ones who wanted to form an alliance with me.  I gave you opportunity to back out, remember?"

I push open the door to the restaurant and step outside.  I take a deep breath of the night air.  Not as clean as in the woods, which only makes me miss roughing it.  Oh well.

"Speaking of which, you're still free to walk away, if you don't like being left in the dark."

"Walk away?" I say, surprised. "As if." I pass off the idea even though earlier I was considering it. I follow Soifra into the night air. I draw up beside her and catch her eye. I smile. "I'm ready for an adventure!" My hair flutters onto my face in the breeze, in one swift motion I sweep it away from my eyes and back over my head, I look around at Nikolai and Edan and smile.

"Hey, I didn't say anything about walking away." I say, almost offended at her insinuations. "I doubt you could even last a minute in the museum without us, Siofra" I say, provocatively.

I snort a laugh and shake my head.  "You seem to be showing some doubt in my goal, though.  I don't blame you one bit for it."

I take a long look around, seeing if I can sense anything.  A human, a warlock, anything.  If there is something unpleasant out there right now, it's good at hiding.  I focus back on Nikolai.  "If you behave and stop prying, I won't assume that's you're wussing out.  Now, which way to the museum?"

"That way." I say, pointing to my left, and then turning right "If you follow the tour books" I add, implying that the tour books take you the long way.

"So, which wing are you wanting to be in? East or West? East is where most magical artefacts are kept, I believe"

"Best start there anyway.  Not sure about item number two being there, but there is plenty of stuff in storage I bet."  I smirk and follow Nikolai's lead.  "It's probably the best shopping spree any of our kind will have, to be honest."

"Item number 2?" I repeat. "Is that what were retrieving?" I ask, showing surprise, feigning knowledge of what it is.

[SirBlaziken]

"Hmmmm...... Interesting." I comment, trying to come off as surprised to see that there's something else.

Matt looked around completely bored out of his mind. Perhaps if he wasn't so picky he would have found something to do by now. He was about to give up and call it a night, when a group of people leaving the restaurant caught his attention. "Perfect." He begins following from a distance, trying to figure out the best way to go about pranking them.
