Narnia was set in WW1. x_x;

I thought it was pretty good - for a christmas special. One has to expect silliness and irritations, but it appealed to my nephew (and my not-yet-grown-up sister =P).

I really liked the whole "Caretaker" thing. That was a nice touch.

Kinda wished the kid had turned out to be CS Lewis which gave him the inspiration to write the Narnia books...but hey ho, they do that rather a lot with authors; Charles Dickens, Agatha Christie; would have been a bit of a trope if they'd done it with the kid as well.

((Also I totally loved the bit where the father was dying in the plane and was all "I'm sorry my love." RIVER SONG MUCH!? EVIDENCE OF RSE REMAEK!? WUT))

We need more of Doctor Song, even if it's just a season of Torchwood.

Now I'm picturing River and Lowaxana Troi grabbing a drink in Ten Forward... The poor Enterprise crew would freak out.

She been in that Captain America movie (No idea if that was any good), that recent Titanic TV Show that was on ITV and she even voiced in Xenoblade Chronicles already, so she has some bigish roles to her name already.

Me, all judgment is reserved for her debut. Though to me, The Girl Who Waited will be a tough act to follow...

donna couldnt beat rose
Donna wins every time, it's not an opinion - it's a fact.

I'll be sad to see Arthur (Darvill and Karen (Gillan) go, they were brilliant - and series 7, the last of River Song maybe? I hope not, Alex (Kingston) is amazing as well.

I wasn't happy at all at the start of series 6 when I was told that Moffat was 'Giving the Daleks a break', I also happen to love the Daleks :D

He probably is. They only had a small cameo in Series 6, and as for series 7, it is their anniversary as well afterall, so they're probably velebrating that, then putting them back to rest.

50 years of hate, gotta celebrate that. ;P
