Besides other crap I've spent the last two days at work training someone!
Never done it before but she seems to have picked everything up. She was really keen and asked lots of questions which is good. I was quite surprised they let me train someone, I've not even been in my job a year yet lol but I must be doing something right :')

Arrived at work at 9.30. It's now 13.15 and I've only just made a coffee.

Getting better!

study abroad emailed me back! now i can move forward a few more steps. gotta schedule an appointment to begin my application, and then do a financial meeting with study abroad and my parents before the summer ends. they told me "no guarantees" but i think if i didn't have a decent chance they would have emailed me and said "no"

Guess it's not everyday but I finally fulfilled a dream at the weekend and visited Budapest & the Hungaroring F1 circuit. It was fantastic.

Yeah the race was brilliant and then on Sunday evening me and Dad went out for dinner and casually got seated in the booth beside Carlos Sainz Jnr + his Dad + his race engineers and we had a photo and it was basically the best. I'm so happy rn.

I have found my new favorite specialty coffee at the store today. It's from this company that usually does doughnuts and little muffins and stuff, and the coffee was expensive but really good. Unlike a lot of other specialty coffee things, it actually tastes like what it says on the package.

Couldn't get to Best Buy in time to get a ticket to be able to get in line to get the dark pit amiibo (I mean seriously, what the hell guys). I was able to buy a japanese import one for a decent price, so all's good.

Je suis une Francais dresseuse de Pokémon.

My French seems to be improving, I can say in French that I'm a French Pokemon trainer now!

If my French keeps improving, I'll start playing my French Pokemon games and breed Masuda Method eligible Pokemon for everyone!  ;D
