Name: Jake Freemont

Age: 13

Description: Jake is a thin, lightskinned boy, 5'5" in height. His tossled hair is medium length and brown, the same as his eyes. He wears a white and orange shirt and baggy blue jeans.

Personality: Jake is not exactly a prime example of a trainer. He's lazy, immature, and not very good with Pokemon, especially his starter. His parents persuaded him to go on adventures with Pokemon simply to try and improve his character.

History: Jake's history was a surprisingly normal one. He grew up in Viridian City. His parents are both trainers and researchers of Pokemon, his mother specializing in behavior and his father in habitat. Just recently he became a trainer with gifts from his parents to help him get to Kanto to recieve his official starter.

Pokemon On Hand:


Sprout / Bulbasaur (Female)

Ball: Poke

Nature: Sassy

Moves: Tackle, Leech Seed, Vine Whip

Bulbasaur is Jake's official starter, though he was given two other Pokemon before. Bulbasaur is new, so Jake doesn't know much about Bulbasaur. One thing is for sure, though - Bulbasaur does certainly not like Jake.


Skorupi (Female):

Ball: Safari

Nature: Impish

Moves: Pin Missile, Poison Sting, Poison Jab, Bite, X-Scissor

Skorupi is a gift from Jake's mother. It's a tricky little Pokemon that climbs about on Jake. It used to bother him, but since he grew up with Skorupi, he's used to it. It's a sneaky, small Pokemon in battle, but don't let it's strong moves fool you - It's quite weak.


Weezing (Male):

Ball: Great

Nature: Lax

Moves: Sludge, Smog, Smokescreen, Poison Gas, Tackle, Flamethrower, Selfdestruct

A gift from Jake's father. It is an idle, lazy Pokemon at all time, always floating peacefully. It is Jake's strongest battler and a trump card. Its slimy, sludgey poison attacks are a reliable asset in battles and, if the need arises, escapes. Weezing, along with Skorupi, has known Jake for a long time.
