Pokemon amie isn't worth it - the time it takes to actually get the exp boost is too long to make it worth it.

The exp share is great and all, but the highest levels you can battle are like 63 at the 3-star restaurant.

In DPPt we had the island place
In HGSS we had Mt. Silver (& Red with levels in 80s)
In BW we had level 60 Audinos in the wild
In BW2 we had the same

Admittedly I didn't even use the Audino method. In the post-game, I just dump exp shares on a few Pokemon, put a Lucky Egg on the one thats fighting and decimate the elite four over and over.
