I use Roserade as my lead as it can immobilize slower opponents with Sleep Powder, and then set up the precious Toxic Spikes. I chose HP Fire over Ice because of the sheer numbers of steel types around, like Metagross, Scizor, Jirachi, Magnezone..

Suicune is the pokemon I've built this team around. To sweep efficiently, Suicune really requires support from Toxic Spikes, and a mean Wall Breaker like Salemence. Usually showing up late to the game, when pokemon are starting to weaken from Poison and other damage, Suicune usually just needs one turn to start finishing things off.

Citizen Erased... more like Pokemon erased from your team. I much prefer old school Mixmence to the new fangled ones, mainly because of Roost. Being without a Rapid spinner, Salamence needs to be able to heal off Stealth Rock damage to allow itself to keep on smashing things with Draco Meteor. Brick Break is primarily for Blissey, but also takes care of 252 HP Tyranitar (89.1% - 105%) and 2hkos Steel Killer Magnezone.

I was using Marriland's team builder thing to check the resistances of the team... I had a large fire and electric weakness, as the previous Pokemon here was Magnezone and then a weird mixed U-turning/priority Infernape but that didn't work out too well... Tormentran on the other hand has been single handedly causing people to go insane and ragequit. If I can force something out (which isn't hard with Heatran's defensive typing) and set up a sub, Heatran can trap foes that only have one attack to deal with it and force them to Struggle, using Torment and Protect. It all adds to more forced switches, and building up more residual damage so that the cleaners can get paid....

Gliscor provides my team much needed physical defense against he likes of Lucario, Breloom, Gallade, Machamp etc.. U-Turn is really nice for keeping momentum in my favour when predicting a switch. The EVs allow me to outspeed any Breloom and Adamant Lucarios

Mixpert sets up the rocks and adds some bulky more bulk offense to the team. I decided to forgo Roar for HP electric as I don't have much answer to Gyarados... Ice Beam OHKOs Salamence and it survives +1 Outrage (just)
