If this is an uber team for battling in the metagame, then Mighteyena shouldn't be there. Hving dual weather on the same team isn't a great idea.But the worst thing about this team is the moves imo, 3 water moves on kyogre, i would understand if you had water spout and surf, but i dont know why you need dive, surf and hydro pump unless its just for in game. 4 rock moves on groundon is a waste, there are so many better options. Rayquaza shouldnt have solar beam, since it negates wheather, groundon would be better to use it. Also 4 water moves on swampert is a waste, as well as fury swipes on latios which is kinda funny. If this is just the pokes you caught in the game its a pretty cool list, just change up the moves there terrible XD

I'm seeing a lot of one trick ponies (pokemon who know only one type of move) I don't think Latios can learn fury swipes, good Rayquaza though, but not enough to help the team overall.
