Do you remember that moment in one own's life when one curious girl asked about your birthday in order to keep it in her notebook?
At least I do.
Today is the birthday of one of the most loved members of this community; today is Shrub's birthday (if I remember correctly, she is now 16).
Happy birthday, Verity. I hope you have an outstanding day.

The suspect test on this powerful item held by Metagross is finally over. Like Aegislash, both Steel types got close votes, but in this case, Metagrossite will remain OU, by a tiny margin of 2.7 percentual points (votes for ban have been 57.3% of 60% required). The entire news can be found here.

As read here, all three Pokémon will be available from the 27th of February to the 30th of November. The drawback of this is that Pokébank must be used during that period (dang it, Celebi!). This means everyone who doesn't have it should spam trade requests to Sappy, Richard, and Del deal with it.

Today, 23rd of November, is Sappy's birthday. I hope this means a great year for him (and Tasha) and a special stream with 100% less suicides in his Nuzlocke.
Long life the LewLew!

Therefore, happy birthday, Alex. Scientifically speaking! Because you deserve, at least, a thread regarding your persona!

Meet Delicious_Scout, a over-hyped "threat" for the Metagame. With its 169/169/108 offences, everyone will get offended by his articles! Which are about to begin! _____________ Today, we are talking about a Pokémon that has been outclassed since it was introduced. Or my favourite Pokémon. It is... Registeel. Just hear its cry, its forme, its... silver skin. It is a tough golem, and I will show you how (in battles). Credit to the MetaSprite project for this Registeel Registeel had a hard time in Generation Three: Tyranitar with Focus Punch was everywhere, and everything just spammed the random Punch, Fire Blast, or Eathquake, thus granting Registeel a BL (Barely Legal) (Borderline) status. In ghettoneration Generation IV, Close Combat and Fire Blitz were a real thing, and the old Earthquake and Fire Blast spam continued, but this time Registeel found a good niche in Übers as a Stealth Rock setter due to its pure Steel type and great special bulk (take that, Gen III Regice!). Moreover, Registeel got involved in some weird stuff. Registeel ended up being a UU (Utterly Unnamed) (Under Used). Generation V was more or less the same, but, in Übers, V-Crate Rayquaza, Mixed Zekrom, Reshiram, and regenerator Ho-Oh made its life miserable, thus being outclassed by Arceus-Steel as a pure Steel Type. Still ended being a UU. Generation VI introduced very important changes for Registeel. In first place, it got a recovery move Steel became neutral to Dark and Ghost, thus limiting its walling ability, but it became resistant to Fairy, and it could ALSO hit them for super effective damage. Second, and perhaps the most important one, Defog got buffed up to the point of eliminating entry hazards, Registeel's main job. However, one of the most dangerous legendaries was introduced... and it was pretty damn well handled by Registeel. After its obscure past, Registeel has asked for a new round. ReggieSteel Clear Body @ Leftovers Calm Nature (+SpD, -SpA) 252HP-4Def-252SpD Stealth Rock Thunder Wave Iron Head Rest/Ice Punch/Toxic For: Übers Registeel would be outclassed by Arceus-Steel if it wasn't for the fact that it does not care about speed, while Arceus must run Timid with Max Speed most of the times without enough room for Stealth Rock. Therefore, Stealth Rock all the way, since its bulk almost guarantees at least deploying it once. Do not try to stand against Physical Rayquaza, because it can OHKO any Registeel variant with V-Create. However, if you want to hurt the switch-in, try using Ice Punch, 24 EV moved into Attack grants it a 2HKO against zero-investment Rayquaza. Thunder Wave is a middle finger to those rival Pokémon that set up Sticky Web; the speed reduction is superior, MUCH superior. In fact, Registeel, without any kind of Speed investment, can outspeed +2 120 Neutral Xerneas after paralysis. If you want to go for a sure bet, 52 EV in Speed (in exchange for some bulk) outspeed Max Speed Neutral Xerneas. 112 in Speed allow to outspeed +2 +MaxSpeed Xerneas, but it is generally better just to kill it with another Pokémon. Talking about killing Xerneas, this is what Registeel does the best. With paralysis plus Super Effective, STABbed Iron Head, Registeel is able to Paraflinch Xerneas to its doom. Beware of Arceus-Fairy, though, since it usually carries Will-O-Wisp. If you are worried too much about status, this is when Rest comes handy, allowing you to set up Stealth Rock again if needed. Toxic is an option for crippling many other Pokémon on the switch, such Lugia and Ho-Oh. Do not even think about using Explosion in the last slot: it has been nerfed too much and Registeel is too useful supporting its team. Interestingly enough... +2 252+ SpA Xerneas Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Registeel: 312-368 (85.7 - 101%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO Which means it has a good chance to survive, especially with the bad accuracy of the move. Should they carry HP Fire, you have a paralysed Xerneas. Registeel is best used when using another Dragon-resistant Arceus, such Arceus-Fairy or even Physically Defensive Arceus, which can use Reflect to further improve Registeel's walling ability. __________ So, guys. What do you think about Registeel? Is it useful in OU as well? Will Oscar/Richard and Shiny Mega Gengar kill me? Find it out in the next article! (Hint: it will be an electric type)

I realised there are a couple of people in this site (including me) that play "Animal Crossing: New Leaf", and having more friends to visit is something that is always welcome.
I will write all the codes down, and adding all of them would be highly appreciated.

Since those Pokémon are generated at random, I do not know what preferences you have with respect to them. Moreover, I can only get a Magmar. Due to the fact these would not be 6IVd in most events, I am just looking for some Pokémons I do not have access to (their evolutions are included): - Venonat, preferably with Tinted Lens
- Tynamo
- Abra with Magic Guard
- Swinub with Thick Fat
- Spheal, preferably with Thick Fat (Stallrein does not longer work as it used to)
- Drilbur with Mold Breaker

From Kalos, and a bit of action replay in some cases, I am bringing you some of my spare, perfect Pokémon, the stock. With all respects to Richard and ShinyBlaziken, I am opening this store. Respect for the former because he closed his and for the second because it does not go as he was thinking it would. However, I have a lot of other Pokémon already bred, but I might don't have spares. In that case, they will be reserve. I am mainly interested in Pokémon I don't have and natures not listed in my list. Notice that I am not breeding all my Pokémon, because of treaties with other suppliers. There are two catergories: easy to breed and hard to breed. If I consider your offer an easy one but you are asking for a hard-to-breed Pokémon, then we should go to the back alley and let my fists show you my arguments should discuss until we reach a conclusion. In general, those who/which are hard to breed are those with all-perfect 6IV's (Naive, Hasty... natures), genderless Pokémon, Hidden Power stuff or Pokémon with a Hidden Ability whose possibilities to end as a female are lower than 0.75. Why the last one? Because it is a pain in the neck to breed an Iron Fist Chimchar if one does not stop getting male, Blazed ones. Otherwise, they are considered "easy", unless stated otherwise. No refunds; they are a mess to organise. My in-game name is TrollJosep, and my Mii's name, Josep. Notice: All Pokémon will have legal abilities that have been released; thus, no one will have a Thick Fat Tepig. Greetings to: Petzbreeder, ShinyBlaziken2000, Dick, Richard, Specstile, myself. I have been EV training some simple Pokémon, like Pinsir or Blastoise; but I have trouble deciding how I should raise some rarely-seen Pokémon. Those are Porygon-Z (called Dolan-Z) and Zorua/Zoroark.
Porygon-Z is modest with Download, so, if you are familiar with these features, you know that I am talking about making it an Agility set-up sweeper. Of course, it must run 252 SpA, but the problem is deciding the speed. What threats should I take into consideration? If I knew that for sure, I would be able to set a speed such that, after Agility, would be able to outspeed it.
Zorua/Zoroark... some of the same. It has to run 252 speed, but the problem is its nature: hasty (I got it via Wonder Trade, so don't ask why it is not naive). I don't have a clear idea how I should split both attack and special attack, so a hand from you would be very handy (pun intended).
Regards.

As an early advice, I got this message:
An Error Has Occurred![/sub][/size] You are not allowed to search for posts in this forum. I looked for 4 pages in this section and I did not find anything like that, so I am going to try to put it here; if not, I think this can be moved to X & Y.Well, as many of you know, "Pokémon Showdown!" is Smogon's emulator of choice, and a feature it has is replay recording. For example, I got this one from Balanced Hackmons (a fun metagame in my opinion): http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/balancedhackmons-82344972Any thoughts? Any other funny replay?

Hello there,
"I am here to trade hats and more unusual hats", this is what I would say if I were in a TF2 forum, but since this is not the case, I am going to say that I am here to trade Pokémon and more Shiny Pokémon (if I find some).
I am mostly in X&Y part and in the trade area, and some must have seen me and my totally politically correct posts, that includes Richard, Hitmonchu and ShinyBlaziken, for example.
I am also a breeder, but the lack of good IV'd Pokémon of my own forces me to rely on Wonder Trades (dang you, Weedles!) to fullfy my objectives.
I hope I made myself clear, and, as well, I hope to be well-received here; I shall treat you with respect as well, and maybe as friends.
Regards, Dolan Delicious_Scout.
