i was talking to someone on my uni page and now suddenly shes asked me out for coffee and i dont know how to cope with this because i'm not very talkative and it will probably just be the most awkward thing in the world but on the other hand i need more friends so i have to go

I got my results yay
I got an A* in maths last year, and then got 4 A*s this year in Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology..which I was not expecting and I am exceedingly happy
So I'm off to cambridge in october!

so i somehow acquired a boyfriend?? weird
also the amount of work i have to do this year is killing me
and my personal statement is literally stressing me out to the max and it has to be done soon ew

also I have SO MUCH WORK this year omg, its all gonna collapse on me, and im being distracted by a boy what is this

yeah we have a proper uniform and its oh so delightful
bottle green blazer over a white shirt with a striped red yellow and green tie or a green one with a crest for the sixth form (or if youre special like me you get an extra long one with red stripes yay senior prefect privileges)
bottle green cardigan can be worn under the blazer or a bottle green jumper if you feel like it
you can wear the school blouse which is green and white striped in the summer
bottle green tights and black 'non-fashion or patent' shoes with less than 2 inch heel
the most amazing part tho is the skirt - lovely and bottle green, with pleats at the bottom and its gotta be basically covering most of your knee woo
not allowed to wear trousers if youre a girl and boys have the same blazer, a grey jumper, same shirt and tie and black trousers with black shoes
and your top button must be in at all times
and youre not allowed conspiciously dyed hair, facial hair if youre a boy, earrings that arent studs (and youre only allowed them in the lobe and only one pair in your ear at a time) and nail polish as well

So I fell out with a friend like 4 months ago and she doesn't seem to understand why so she won't leave me alone. I really wish she'd just shut up and stop trying to talk to me or talk to me properly instead of in her 'im so nice and friendly and saintly' voice eughh she's genuinely just trying to make herself look good now and make me out like a horrible person why wont she go away

also my old school got a 100% pass rate at a2 which is kind of surprising given that there were some idiots in that year

awh guys i'm feeling uber nostalgic now

hopefullyhopefullyhopefully natural sciences with a wee leaning towards the chemistry/physics bit, but that is dependent on me not failing the interview and then hopefully making their crazy offer (which will be A*A*A, most likely not including the one i got this year oh dear) so basically im crossing all my fingers and toes twice over because i super want to get in :p

i knowww it's mainly because i'm far too lazy to come on here and whenever i do i usually just stalk this thread and the other ones with wee stories like whats annoying you/confusing you/saddening you etc because they're fun to read and actual posting requires a lot of effort and thinking and such

maths threw a new thing at me today that completely went over my head nd whilst i was still recovering from that, physics also decided to chuck a new thing at me, which again missed my brain and landed somewhere in the land of much confusion

Well one boy
It's just I'm new to this whole thing, boys barely even talk to me nevermind kiss me and now that's hhappenedand I don't know what to do and it's been like 2 weeks but I dont think we have much to talk about although we never really tried but I doubt we will because we barely see each other
maybe it's best to chalk this up to experience and forget about it but like that's hard because THIS NEVER HAPPENS TO ME I feel like I should seize all opportunities I may never get one again
