To make your pokemon shiny:
Go to Goldenrod City with three S Unown and talk to the old man eleventybillion times. He wil go "OMG STOP TLAKING 2 MEE HEER TAEK TIHS" He will give you the Shinyifier, but it only works if you go to the moon on the 759th space shuttle launch and defeat Deoxys, Jirachi, and Yoshi with a Magikarp using Splash. Once you do that, the Shinyifier will start to work. It makes all of your pokemon shiny
