You will need: R/S/E Game
AR (optional)
DS/GBA
How to use this cheat:
1: Insert your Ruby, Sapphire or Emarald game into your DS/GBA
2: Turn on DS/GBA
3: Select the GBA (if you're using DS)
4: Play your continued save file
5: Make sure you have Latias, Latios and Mew
6: Go to Littleroot town
7: Talk to PHOF.BIRCH 50 times
8: Go outside
9: A flute will be on the ground
10: Use it
11: The screen will go white
12: After that Littleroot Town is in ruins
13: In front of you is a mount
14: Go up the mount and LegacyLatimew will be there
15: Kill it (or catch it)
16: Littleroot Town will become Legacy City
17: Voila you have a LegacyLatimew
