When you regularly daydream about Pokemon being real.

When someone says the name of an animal, your mind instantly translates it to a Pokemon based on that animal.

In HG/SS:
Play as a boy character. Use no Pokemon in battle other than your starter, you may catch HM Slaves but DO NOT use them or else this glitch won't work. As soon as you can, catch Ho-Oh (HG) or Lugia (SS). Then defeat the Elite Four 5 times.
Go to the Bell Tower/Whirl Islands where you caught Ho-Oh/Lugia. Talk to your starter following you, and it will say "[POKEMON'S NAME HERE] appears to be paranoid about something". Then, Rena Ryugu will appear in a wild encounter. She will automatically use Guillotine, instantly killing your starter. Since your HM slaves are too weak to battle, you are now helpless. Rena swiftly kills your character with her cleaver. You will automatically start a new game.

[Accuracy] Never misses
[Status/Special/Physical] Status

[Description] The user repeatedly screams USODA until the foe is physically, mentally, and emotionally scarred. Not to mention insane.
