I'll try to help you the best I can. First try getting your level to ~24 at least, I don't think level 20 is high enough to beat Articuno. Sleep seeds and stun seeds are really great, you should use them on Articuno as soon as you can. Articuno instantly waking up was just bad luck. Give your partner the oran berry to hold, because then they will throw it at you to heal you if you're low on health. do you have any linked moves or a link box? linked moves are very strong, so if you can, try using them. Use all the reviver seeds you can find, though I don't think 2 is enough. Hope this helps.
