Oh... my God... this might just be the greatest game ever. I'm stuck on Route 2 because of the damn birds, but I'm just grinding up my team. So. Much. Fun. <333

I am now in Cerulean City. I pretty much had to wait until Charmeleon learned Dragon Rage to deal with the birds. Pidgey's Sand Attack and 2 Butterfree using String Shot placed strategically got me through Route 2.

I love the challenge to this game. The difficulty is ridiculous, but you can just keep grinding until you get through the level. Lots of fun. :3

Now that they've finally lowered the difficulty for the Vermilion Gym, I've finally beaten it. Now, I have a problem with the next level... back to the whirlwind technique again I guess...

Currently have 51 Pokemon in the Pokedex, though I've unfortunately missed out on shiny Mew apparently. I've found that there are 3 in-game NPC trades in PTD, which is very cool.
