Home page and forums problems when logged in

It's Moon Chaser here and I couldn't find any other way to say this than make a new account:

Whenever I log in as Moon Chaser I get the same problem no matter what computer I use. I get an error message on the homepage.

And when I go onto the forums I just get this come up.

It prevents me from doing anything on the forums (including logging out) and homepage. I am able to browse the rest of the site with out problems.

For the forums error, your language somehow got set to '0' instead of 'en'. I've changed that now.

For the main page, I've uploaded a fix.
