*Misdreavus.

The spelling flame is a kind of flaming that is very, very common, especially when the first attempt at correction is wrong.

Misdreavus is one of the first Pokemon I've ever trained, and I love it's DP sprite, so it's one of my favorite.

Favorites by type? That's a little easier for me.

Normal: Stoutland. First Pokemon I caught in White and bro 4 lyfe.
Grass: Weepinbell. I've liked it since I saw Joe use it in the cartoon. Plus, it's cute.
Fire: Can't decide between Pansear, Magmar, or Torkoal.
Water: Too many to list, but right now it's Phione.
Electric: Galvantula. Though it'd horrify me in real life.
Ground: Hippowdon. It really got me to respect Ground-types.
Flying: Fearow since like, forever. But Farfetch'd beats it in cuteness.
Rock: Sudowoodo. Lots of fun in my Pearl version.
Fighting: Hariyama. It's a sumo. What's not to like?
Psychic: Hypno. It's been my favorite Psychic-type since Gen I, but it was also my first shiny in Silver (not counting Gyarados) which made me love it even more.
Bug: Durant. For me, this was the best surprise in White.
Poison: Off the top of my head, Skorupi. Dang, why do I like so many Bug Pokemon?
Ice: Snorunt. If being cute wasn't enough, letting one into your house is good luck, apparently!
Ghost: Lampent. Cute and cool at the same time, spooky Pokedex info aside.
Dragon: Shelgon. Don't ask me why, it just is.
Dark: Zoroark. I had a feeling I'd like it when it was first revealed, so I was happy to get N's in White 2. It's a lot of fun to battle with.
Steel: Skarmory. It's a metal bird with an awesome name. I'd be hard-pressed to NOT like it.

Anyways, if we're going by tyyype...

Normal: Chansey/Blissey, though Zangoose is close behind. I just love these cute nurse Pokemon <3
Grass: Serperior, I just love how it looks
Fire: Blaziken... do I need to say more at this point?
Water: Vaporeon it's my lazy cat that sometimes melts on my couch :3
Electric: Hard to choose between shiny Manectric and Electivire, really, they're two different kinds of awesome
Ground: Sandslash is cute and badass :>
Flying: This one's hard... Sigilyph, Dodrio and Farfetch'd are all up there :<
Rock: Shuckle is so adorable <3
Fighting: Hitmonchan is a bro
Psychic: Gardevoir! She's protective and has a pretty skin-dress thing :>
Bug: Scyther is still one of the most badass Pokemon ever
Poison: Nidoking was my first level 100 ever in Yellow version, and he's so reliable
Ice: Easily Articuno
Ghost: Spiritomb has a wicked cool design
Dragon: Salamence is what comes to mind when you think Dragon, and I've always thought he was cool
Dark: Darkrai, but not the whiny, emo, misunderstood Darkrai from the anime... the Darkrai that takes pleasure in tormenting you in your sleep, dragging you into a black void and crushing your soul, leaving you a hopeless shell of your former self... that one >3>
Steel: Magneton, and I can't explain it well, but I just like how it looks

'Course, I also love Mudkip, Skitty, Lugia, Flygon, Aron, Diglett, and Dunsparce. All these Pokémon are so sexy.

Sableye was the only shiny I ever caught, which was cool but I already liked how they looked and the shiny actually looked kind of crap in comparison.

Holy crap what a topic. Erm....well....It's sooo hard to chose just one Pokemon as a favorite. If I had to chose one it would probably be Pidgey. I had a lv100 Pidgey in Pokemon Blue that I never evolved because I liked the bird look. I payed a friend $15 for a shiny Pidgey in gen 2  and transferred it over to gen 3. Eventually my save file was corrupted and FlyHax was gone forever =[
