What would the best competitive team be???

I just beat the game for the eleventh time, and I'm getting bored with battling AI. I want to try competitive battles. I know that I'm definitely going to EV train a Blissey for it, but that's all I've got figured out. Any ideas? I'm playing SoulSilver, but I can trade with my friend, so I can get HeartGold exclusives as well.  [/color]

Skamory and Tyranitar are always good choices! You'd also do good to give Cloyster a go.

But it depends how you want to train them.
