"No, it's okay." I reply, steadily.
I see that this is a sore subject for everyone. "Come on then, Nikolai, what were you going to show us?"

"Just around here" I say, losing the enthusiasm I had before. I turn a corner at the end of the alley, to reveal a giant monument. It looks like a giant tree, it glows in a strange colour. "The heart of Equinox!" I announce.

"Wow, it's amazing!"

"It doesn't do an awful lot, it changes with the seasons, and on the equinox it puts on a sort of light show, but it's of no significance as far as anyone's aware." I say, staring at the beauty of it. I've seen it so many times, but never fail to see its beauty

"What do you think Chloe?"

[Wolstenholme]

"It's beautiful" I say.

[SirBlaziken]

"I wonder what makes it glow."

"No-one knows for certain, but it's something to do with this cities magic supply. Well, not entirely accurate.., I'm not really sure how to word it..." I say, rather confused...

[SirBlaziken]

"So basically, the tree draws energy from the city's magical supply and that's one theory?"

[quack98]

"Sort of... It's like... Sort of a beacon, it attracts magic, which is why magic is so strong in Equinox." I say, in my more friendly voice.

[SirBlaziken]

"That makes a lot of sense."
