I look through the menu. They don't do anything I like - the pizza choice is small....

"I'm not hungry..." I trail off. Feeling utterly out of place.

I whisper to Chloe, "Is something wrong?"

"I just don't like Italian food." I reply. This is true. Edan worries too much.

"Ok, just wanted to know." I respond. "So, anybody have anything to say?" I say this talking to everyone at the table. "It's been a busy day."

I just shrug, my eyes wandering the area for more pockets to pick.

I smirk to myself.

For some strange reason, I start hearing music, although none is being played ((Like me in real life)). It's good music, yet, it cannot be shared, I'll look like an idiot.

Matt broke into a jog. Talking to her had been a waste of time. The steady beating of his feet against the concrete helped to calm. It was only a matter of time before he found his favourite part of Equinox. The Italian restaurant seemed like a good place to look for some fun, so he found somewhere to sit and began watching and waiting for someone interesting to pass by.

I look towards the doorway, no one's there.

//Weird....//

I try a poor attempt at biomancy.

//Hmmm.... Night warlock, Male, teen.//

I keep one eye on the door.

From my seat beside him I can tell Edan is trying to do something.

"What's up?" I whisper, looking around for anything suspicious, finding nothing I pass off Edan's seemingly pointless worry with a shrug and turn back to the main conversation. No one speaks.

"I'm going going to the bathroom." I say, excusing myself. I feel rather queasy and tired and the thick atmosphere of the restaurant did nothing to help this.

I push away from the table and follow Chloe, giving a wave in the boys' general direction.  "I think I'll excuse myself as well, gentlemen."

As I catch up to Chloe, I whisper something to her so quietly that only she can hear.  "I'm not as good at biomancy as you, but I'd keep a better guard up.  I caught a hint of queasiness when you left, and anyone with enough skill to see you vulnerable in any way is bad.  Trust me." 

I hold open the bathroom door for her and smile.  "No-one's in, by the by.  After you."
