The bread arrives and I start eating it. I then decide to break off bits of bread ((If not like sliced up into slices and such) and mop up the sauce then eat it. I finish pretty quickly.

Surprisingly, Chloe finishes first.

I set my knife and fork down, arranging them so that they are side by side, I concentrate on aligning them perfectly before looking up at everyone and grinning, sheepishly. "What?" I ask, as if surprised.

"Nothing Chloe." I said, trying to suppress a laugh. I go back to my bread and wait for the reactions of the other two.

I roll my eyes round my head, surprised at how she is amused by such a simple exercise. I then decide to rotate them using telekinesis, but barely noticeably. "You know, I'm not sure they're entirely straight."

"So Siofra, what's our next move?" I ask just loudly enough for everyone at the table to hear, but not loud enough for anyone else.

I finish a second glass of wine before I answer.  "We go to the museum and find a way to get in unnoticed.  The regular locks will be easy with telekinesis but the further we get to the good stuff, the harder they'll be.  There's a good chance some locks will be magic-resistant for certain areas.  I might be able to pick them.  If not, we may need to knock a few doors down."

The waiter approaches and I add, "After all, some people must have something to donate to the fundraiser.  Can't stand when posh people aren't charitable."

He leaves with our plates and glasses and I drop my voice again.  "Aside from that, we have to 'wing it'.  I hope you have some idea of the museum, Nikolai, but once we get to the restricted section there's no telling what's there or where we go."

"Hmmmm.... Knock a few doors down you say..... I think I can help there, well, without burning anything of course." I finish off the bread as the waiter comes back with the bill and to take the ((Board? basket? Meh, basket.)) basket away. I look at the bill, "Hm.... Pretty cheap." I respond, dropping the amount of money needed, keeping an eye on Siofra, who is grinning mischievously.

"And I can sweep the area for guards so we know if we're about to get caught!" I look at the money Edan has just placed down on top of the bill. I hand him the amount needed, with a smile.
"Come on, you can't pay all of it!"

"Hey, you people pretty much saved my life, it's only fair." I say, turning down the money. "Also, Chloe, that could work for you."

I nod at Chloe's suggestion.  "You've got a sharp sense.  Just be sure you let us know when you sense warlocks, and remember what I told you about before." I smirk a little and lean back in my chair.  "And don't tell us what kind of warlocks are there until you're absolutely sure, okay?"

"I know the museum quite well. You recall I said I wasn't staying with my parents? Well, the father of the person I'm staying with is a guard at the museum, so he's shown me round restricted areas before" I say, getting rather exited for the events to follow. "And Edan, you aren't paying all of it." I use telekinesis to slip half the move back into his wallet, and replace it with my own.

I raise my eyebrows at Nikolai, and I can't help the smile or approval on my face.  "Good thing I ran into you when I did then.  I doubt the 'item' that will possibly get us killed was in the areas you were shown, but it could be close.  Better than going in blind.  And we can feel free to take a couple of things for ourselves anyway."

I snap my fingers at a waitress nearby to get her attention.  "Best be heading off soon, then."

"Yes, we should probably be off as fast as we can" I say, hoping desperately this is as exiting as it sounds. "May I ask, what are we looking for?" I say, perplexed, as my friends father had seemed to be honest when he said he'd shown me everything. Maybe, did he not know?

"You'll see soon enough."  I can feel the amusement fade from my face already.  "The less you know about it, the better."

The waitress walks over and takes the bill and the money away, wishing us a pleasant evening as she goes.  I push away from the table and stand up, making myself smirk like always.  "Well then, shall we?  You're the tour guide after all, Nik."

"Yes, you are Nikolai." I said, pushing away from the table. "If we planned on doing this tonight, let's just hope no one who drank wine over did it."
