also because there's only two entries so far, haha. which is cool, i know there are more sprite contests on at the moment and also term has started up again in many places. 
may as well give it at least another day though :v

a sudden flurry of entires happened while i was asleep, maybe because i overslept, which is very exciting!

this time round it's something less complicated: a mix/fusion. 
 
due to the "sudden flurry of activity on day three", i'm going to extend the poll and entry times to three days, in a blatant rip-off of shinyblaziken's contest. don't tell him.

but yes it's interesting to see the different ways that people have approached things... makes me want to have a round in future where everyone revamps the same sprite. 
 
on that note, what are people's opinions on what the rounds have been so far? 
do/did you like the more "unusual" rounds? is there any kind of thing that you would particularly like to see in future? or do you think this contest should soon be drawing to a natural close?

revamping the same sprite: yes!! revamping is fun and with the subtle differences between the venusaurs and stuff thatd be super cool?? we'd have to really look hard to judge the sprites and that would be a lot more fun than just picking one that looks cool

anyway i have been super interested in the ~*~unusual~*~ things but i never get a chance to sprite them out orz

i would like more rounds so that i could get more of a chance to enter in the contest _{but yknow}

hmmmm well i appear to have picked what i hope will be a Good Sprite To Revamp. 
as in, hopefully not too complicated but with potential to put some work in if the person wants. 
... 
but it's a secret as to what it is. obviously. 
 
well, there have already been two entries so far this round so... if that's any indication then hopefully i'll keep this contest going a while longer. so long as i don't wind up flogging a dead horse with it anytime soon anyway. 

but yeah, if anyone has any other vague suggestions/requests for future rounds (nothing too detailed, obviously i won't reveal what it is until the round starts so that everyone's on equal footing for time).. then please do suggest them <: 
may be able to turn those "???" entries for the rounds into brief descriptions in the first post.

uh yes three (3) entries so far, if you want to get in on the mixing action (wonk) then you have... well, a day and a bit. basically when the poll ends. because time zones are hard. 
 
anyway the next round will probably be a recolour round... with borderline complicated specifications. 
ok ok not that complicated, probably something that many people have done before. 
after that i predict a mystery revamp. 
 
in the meantime... poll! we have a lot of ties at the moment, which is very exciting. 
and also means that there may be a lot of trophies wow.
