I do, in fact, have facial hair. I'm not the best spriter, which is why my avvy doesn't have facial hair.
Also, most of the sprites I used as references either had no facial hair or had full on beards. I have a goatee and mustache, so...

1 - When I get nervous, I shake my left leg repeatedly
