'There is a murderer amongst us' I continue.

I heard this as a scyther burst into the auditorium.

"Interesting, announcing a murder. That's one way to make yourself known." I say darkly. "However, how do you know it was someone in here? It may have been a wild pokemon, or illness that ended this pokemon's life."

"An interesting point, Moon. Now, the staff figure this out afterwords, for now, let's settle down. Like I was saying, in each of your rooms, there is a parcel, it is not for you, but another student. You do not know who it is, although the room number is marked on it. You are to deliver the parcel to that room. However, the pokemon has to be there, if not, you must wait. This exercise is to get to know each other. I know the point is corny, but it's a great way to become acquainted with each other. Alright, you are all dismissed!" says Arceus.

((PM your room numbers to me, I'll notify you if someone has taken it. Then, I'll assign you your destination for the parcel.))

Pokemon: Beedrill

Name: Wielder

Gender: Male

Personality: Wielder seems very nice and kind to all the Pokemon at the Academy. But in reality, he is a deceptive killer who takes advantage of others to get what he wants. Inside, he is self-centered and demands recognition. Wielder killed his trainer because he was paying more attention to Despair than to him, the second-strongest Pokemon on the trainer's team. Despair only received more of their trainer's attention because she was the most recently caught and as a result the weakest of the team, and the trainer saw that she needed to get stronger to catch up. But the Beedrill couldn't understand this, and because of an inferiority complex, he vowed he would hunt down and kill Despair ever since she fled that day...

Moves: String Shot, Harden, Agility, Poison Sting.

Accessories: While posing as a student, Wielder wears his old, hollow Kakuna shell like a backpack, whose straps are made of String Shot. The long crack on the shell, which was made when he broke free and evolved, is the opening that allows him to store things inside. The crack is usually zipped up with a solid String Shot. In the Kakuna pack, Wielder keeps a jar of poisonous honey and a large leaf that he grew off of as a Weedle, a remedial herb. He also keeps the Scope Lens that he stole from his trainer's bag after he killed him. The Beedrill wears a King's Rock like a crown on his head; it's the item that his trainer gave him to hold. It gives the Beedrill an impressive, regal appearance.

Other: Wielder's stinger is faintly tipped with blood. There is a small cut that he got on his face when he attacked Despair. As the Espurr's blood was flying through the air, she used her Psychic powers to thin out the drops of blood into sharp, red needles. One of these was able to cut Beedrill on the face. Wielder is an excellent strategist and a formidable battler despite having 3 status moves. There is a special combination that the Beedrill uses with these moves.

Starter Post:

Ah, a school building. So that's where she's run off to, that Espurr. I emerge from the woods and look up at the flagpole where I tied down that Espurr. The cocoon has been split open, and a String Shot has been pulled and drawn to the front wall of the building, leading straight to a smashed window. Perfect. I already know where that damn trainer's pet is. If I leave her alive, she'll leave a trail.

I can't take advantage of this. I came here posing as a student for a reason. I know I can catch Despair alone somehow, but undoubtedly, I need a plan. I pull my Kakuna shell higher onto my shoulders. I'll get acquainted with the building's occupants later. But for now, I'll carry out my plan.

I turn to the flagpole and string the connecting rope with a volley of Poison Sting needles. The stiff String Shot grows heavy with the poison and sinks down in the middle. Now, the helpless little Espurr can't escape from her window as quickly, and at the same time, there's enough rope left to mark the room she flew into. I hover through the gate, wanting to kill the only person in the world that the Espurr can rely on - herself.
I am your master.

I familiarise myself with the rules. A parcel to deliver to a random Pokemon's door. Seems a bit cheesy, and I just pray that I won't get that Espurr's room. I get into the elevator again after it scans my amulet. The door opens at floor 3, and I get out to find my own room to get the parcel.

I open the door to see a taped up box on my desk. I look at the label on it. Room #418. That's only on the floor above me, I don't have too far to go. I lift the package up, almost collapsing under the weight. Holy Arceus this thing is to heavy it nearly snapped my arm out of the socket! Thank Arceus there isn't far to go, or else I'd be dead before I even got there!

I lift the package up again, sluggishly waddling out of the room trying to stand up straight. I make my way over to the elevator at a speed of minus ten miles an hour. The elevator doors open, and the lift slowly makes its way up to floor 4. I dump the package on the elevator floor and try and get some life into my dead arms again. I can't lift this thing any more, so when the elevator doors open on floor 4 I shove it instead of carry it. It'll take longer but at least I won't be in the nurse's office at the end of it.

20 minutes later I manage to shove the parcel in front of room #418. I use the last ounce of my energy to raise my hand and knock on the door. I hope this is worth it for all the bother it's worth.

I step into my room. I double check to make sure everything is where I left it. Can't be too sure who's snooping around.

Place very neatly on my desk is a box as informed by Arceus a few moments before. Moving closer with caution I inspect the number clearly printed on the side. 417. 'Oh for Arceus Sake' I though, 'Why not someone on my floor?'

I scoop the box up and carry it to the door. Struggling with it in my Scytjes as I attempt to open the door. Pressing the up button as I arrive at the elevator. Wait for the 'Ding' as before and enter.

I pace up and down the corridor before I stumble across the door I was looking for. 417 In small writing. With a small tap of my Scythe I await the occupant.

There are only 10 types of people in the world: those who understand binary, and those who don't.

SirBlaziken

((Wait, just realized something. 2 people could have gotten that same # to deliver to. Ok, scraggy was 418, scyther got 417, I got 312, Despair got 394, and beedrill got 207. Draghost's characters disregard the rules and just put it outside the door.))

I get up to my room pretty quickly and go to my desk. The parcel is marked for 312. I try to lift it, hmm.... very heavy. Then.... Knock after soft knock.

//I wonder if everyone had a heavy package?//

I walk up to the door and open it, only to find a scraggy, panting. "This is odd. So, after this mess, want to go back to our game?" I ask.

I gasp for breath. Carrying a parcel with only three fingers isn't exactly easy. The door opens in front of me and I see the Umbreon earlier (the one that kicked my ass at pool).

Do I want to continue the game? "May... as well..." I say, having to stop every two seconds to catch my breath. Okay, I'm not a Psychic type, but I can predict the future... I'm going to lose. Oh well, it gets me back in the break room (Vending machiiinne ~!) anyway.

Trying not to collapse, I ask "Right, we'll continue the game after all this. This parcel was to go to this room. Now for all the energy I've lost, do you want to see what's inside it? I don't know what the heck could be that heavy."

SirBlaziken

"Ok, well, if you think getting your parcel here was hard, I have no arms! So, this will not be easy for me either." I use my head to push it into the room. I bite off the ribbon and to push off the top.

Inside it contains:

1 Dread Plate
5 Tomato Berries
5 Leppa Berries

"Huh, a power boosting item for my old attacking move, and berries to restore PP as well as to eat. This was nice. Weird that I just eat tomato berries, huh? Now, I have to push my parcel to..." I check the parcel. "312." I nudge the box forward.

//Wow Arceus, whatever's in here is heavy.//

QuoteMy pathetic whelp of a trainer has sent me into battle. This means nothing. Although I'd always wanted to be thrown into battle, I no longer care. My trainer's "pet" that he loves so much, his worthless, newly caught Espurr, has been fighting all his battles, and I'm no longer excited or at the very least interested in getting any of my own. By now, I already expect every coming battle to be taken by that Espurr, so I have nothing to look forward to. So why would I ever fight this battle for my trainer right now? My trainer is a traitor.

His opponent is a short little kid with his plump and laggard Oddish. Gah! Why do I have to fight these weaklings when the real enemy is the one who threw me into this battle, the one who stands behind me?! My trainer, who has chosen a weakling Espurr called Despair over me! I hate him, that trainer of mine, and I'd even kill him if I could, that is, if I weren't trapped inside a Pokeball and bound to obey him. If I try to turn and attack my trainer right now, he can take me out of the air by easily sending me back into my Pokeball. No matter what, he has the advantage right now.

But this is my chance to break away from that trainer I hate so very much for giving up on me. This is my chance to teach him that he should acknowledge my power and allow every trainer he fights to acknowledge it too. What better way for him to acknowledge my power than to face it himself? I can manipulate the opponent's attacks so that at some point in this battle the chance to turn on my trainer will come to me.

First, the opposing Oddish. I flush a large amount of poison into my stinger from the rest of my body. //I can kill with this//

A Poison Sting flies out from my stinger, not as a straight needle, but as a needle with powerful spin. To slow the flying Poison Sting, the Oddish tosses a Stun Spore from its leaves into the needle's path. But the Poison Sting's immense spinning force blows a hole through the cloud of dirty, golden dust. Desperately, the Oddish sticks a thick ball of Acid out of its mouth to try and catch the Poison Sting.

The Acid attack that Oddish is holding on to barely catches the needle. But inside, the Poison Sting continues to spin. The Oddish swings its Acid attack off its mouth, aiming for me. The cloud of Stun Spore slows down the Acid so that it can barely keep up with the rapidly spinning Poison Sting needle trapped inside it. In addition, the Acid sucks all the poison out of the needle, reducing the needle's weight. So the Poison Sting rips through the slowed Acid attack and flies at me with a string of Stun Spore trailing behind.

I move out of the way. My trainer has been standing behind me, holding my Pokeball in his hand. The Poison Sting nails the Pokeball in the center. It's over.

The Poison Sting needle is covered in a bit of residue from Oddish's Acid attack. The Acid melts the Pokeball's chamber. The tail of Stun Spore that followed the Poison Sting as it flew through the air has finally caught up. Paralysis crawls on the still needle and reaches the Pokeball. Sparks begin to bounce all over the outside of the ball. Its mechanism is disabled.

I've done it! I've destroyed the Pokeball that has forced me to obey my trainer ever since that Espurr showed up.

"The Pokeball!" my trainer gasps. Slowly, I turn my head and look him in the eyes with morbid pleasure. I dart forward and stab him quickly in the stomach with my stinger, and I proceed to pound him over and over in the same place. I press on my trainer's neck with my two drills, turning it slowly, waiting for that snap. I swing my rear back and thrust it forward into his stomach one last time. My stinger pierces his body. "Wielder... why?" my trainer croaks before he collapses.

I think back to the day I changed my life for the better, the day I slayed my greatest enemy. My trainer. It was a a brilliant strategy, how I manipulated the opponent's attacks so that the Poison Sting could go where I wanted it to go.

There's a knock on my door, the Room #417. Getting the door out of the way, I see that there's a Scyther standing there with a package in her scythes. "Well, I've been expecting something like this. I'll gladly take this off your hands," I say kindly.

Before the Scyther can leave, I place my drill on her shoulder and say, "Wait. You look fairly strong. Meet me outside, near the flagpole, for a battle. Whenever you feel comfortable."

//Maybe you'll be of use to me//
I am your master.

SirBlaziken

I finally get it out of the door and see a scyther. I walk up and ask her ((don't ask how I know the genders)), "Are you in 312? If so, this is yours."

((From now on, Despair is in blue. Beedrill is in red.))

//The room I was carried to when I first found myself here is numbered 207//

I make it to my room and bury the doorknob in my hand. I look around the hallway on both sides. When I notice a flash of yellow and black, I know that Beedrill is charging at me from the side with his drills outstretched, prepared to joust. I don't care how he found me so quickly. I need to throw the Beedrill out of my way.

I slam the flying Beedrill in the stomach with a wave of Psychic energy, blasting him five steps back. I dig into the insect's neck with another wave of Psychic energy, slowly uprooting his head.

"Get away from me, you freak!" the Beedrill screams. When he sees that I won't stop, he pleads, "P-Please... I-I'm in a hurry. I want to deliver this package quickly!"

"You killed my trainer, you worthless insect," I say with morbid pleasure in my eyes.

"What are you talking about?!" Beedrill shouts. He breaks free from my hold, turns back, and starts to fly away back down the hallway. "If I can't take the elevator because of this freak of an Espurr, I'll just have to fly back and use the stairs to deliver this package and get it over with," he mutters. There is a door that opens to the stairway at the end of the hallway.

Beedrill has reached the end of that side of the hallway where he was coming from before. I send a Psychic wave after him. The invisible force catches him by the neck and sweeps him into the window at the very end of the hallway. Beedrill flies through the glass. I come over and look down to the ground below the building. The Beedrill lies flat on the grass, bleeding. His wing doesn't even twitch. His neck is broken.

Only then do I realize that whomever I've killed, he isn't the Beedrill I'm looking for. This one... was just an ordinary student. I was so fixated on getting revenge that I didn't care if this was my villain or not. Killing this Beedrill pleased me because I knew I couldn't kill the real thing, and fighting this one made me feel like I had the power. It made me want to pretend that I was really overcoming my worst nightmare. It was all a cowardly pleasure.

I don't care that this Beedrill is dead. It doesn't matter. It is his fault for becoming a Beedrill. His fault for being born. Everyone dies eventually. But this raises one question: If I'm able to kill this student, how is Wielder so much more powerful?
