Well, I used to be in a TF2 community, and... I see some things that are different from this one.
In first place, we were more liberal (it is a shooter and the community was European-like), so were allowed acid and bitter humour with ease. I must say I was a boss/admin there, but, since I started to lag a lot and I had the feeling, after some incident, I felt my ideals were smashed and, thus, I decided to quit the community. Eventually, I would end quitting Steam, since people was becoming dull and evil, as I was parodying. Before leaving, I tried to change it a bit; I gave every hat I had (but some that were too important or simply too messy to trade) to some players so that they could remember what happens when someone leaves.
In second place, and being more practical, in that community, in the Spam/Games section, posts did NOT COUNT towards our ranking. That means one could play/spam in those games as much as it wanted without any bad consequence.
I hope this is considered for future events, but I still think what we have made was not that bad. Perhaps we could discuss it, using common sense, which, nowadays, is not very common.
Good night.
