Your weird habits

I sometimes narrate my life book-style in my head, including my thought patterns. Also if I have a conversation with myself mentally, sometimes I randomly say part of it out loud for no clear reason...

I do the last thing just like you do, except it's usually just one random word. I'd love to make everything sound like a book in my head, it'd be incredibly helpful for writing about experiences I've had, if I was writing about them in a story.
