Help me with my first 6th gen team

I only have a few days to finish putting together my team. I've dabbled in competitive battling on Showdown in the past, but haven't made a 6th gen team yet, so I'd like some guidance this time. I don't care about tiers, since this is just for a battle between me and my friend.

It should also be noted that I'm breeding everything myself, so legendaries are pretty much out. Also some items won't be available either.

What I have so far:
Kingdra (F) @ Lum Berry
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SpDef
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Waterfall
- Substitute

(Still building) Lucario (M) @ Lucarionite
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SpAtk
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Earthquake

I tend to like sweepers, but I want to make sure I don't overdo it. (I mean I already have two, whoops.) And there are some sets that I would like to reuse, but can't because of version-exclusive attacks and such.

I'm also leaning towards Amoonguss as a wall, or maybe Forretress for hazards.

Thanks for any help!
Why are you looking at this? I don't come here anymore.

I'll go over this in more detail later, but for now I'll suggest one thing;

Kingdra's ability, swift swim, is pretty useless if it's not being used either on a rain team or to counter rain, which isn't really common enough to need a dedicated counter anymore. For this reason, I would either add Politoed or change Kingdra's set.

If you opt for Politoed, I would suggest either:

Politoed @ Choice Specs
Modest nature
252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Speed
-> Hydro Pump
-> Ice Beam
-> Psychic
-> Focus Blast / HP Grass

Or, if you'd rather go more bulky;

Politoed @ Leftovers
Calm Nature
252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Speed
-> Scald
-> Protect
-> Perish Song
-> Encore / Toxic / Hypnosis

Both with drizzle, of course, as that's the only reason to use Politoed.

If, however, you don't want to use Politoed and would rather change Kingdra's set, I'd recommend;

Kingdra @ Scope Lens
Modest Nature
252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Speed
Ability: Sniper
-> Focus Energy
-> Hydro Pump
-> Draco Meteor
-> Hidden Power Fire

Which, when you use Focus Energy has a 100% crit rate, which therefore means Draco Meteors SpA boosts are ignored, meaning you can spam a 130 Base Power STAB with a 2.25x multiplier thanks to sniper.

This Kingdra appreciates Sticky Web support, so if you opt for this version I would suggest Galvantula, who is often used as a lead, and runs;

Galvantula @ Focus Sash
Timid Nature
252 SpA / 252 Speed / 4 HP
Ability: Compound Eyes
-> Sticky Web
-> Thunder
-> Bug Buzz
-> Volt Switch

Which plays by using Sticky Web first, then either Volt Switching or using an appropriate STAB move.

Hope that's been helpful, I'll add more later if I think of anything but I think that should give you somewhere to go for now

I don't think Earthquake is KO-ing much that Mega Lucario's other moves can't, and most importantly you're not doing much to bulky flying types, especially the common fire/flying combination, so I'd probably go with Stone Edge.

I will recommend sets for Amoonguss and Forretress, but I'm not going to recommend Pokémon because I feel that should be a personal decision. Here you go:-

Amoonguss @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
Bold Nature
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
- Spore
- Giga Drain
- Stun Spore / Sludge Bomb
- Foul Play / Sludge Bomb

Use Stun Spore if you use Sleep Clause, otherwise it's obviously not needed.

Forretress @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
Sassy Nature
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
- Rapid Spin / Volt Switch
- Spikes / Stealth Rock
- Toxic
- Gyro Ball

Gyro Ball can also be replaced with Volt Switch if using Rapid Spin, if so use a Calm nature. I figured your friend might not be using hazards though. I would recommend using Spikes on this, and having a separate Pokémon for Stealth Rock (plus Roar/Whirlwind/Dragon Tail to rack up damage), but if this is your only hazard setter then Stealth Rock is fine.

3DS FC: 3067 - 6449 - 6265 ... Sun trainer name: Rafipi ... X trainer name: Brennica
Omega Ruby trainer name: Moga ... Alpha Sapphire trainer name: Rosella

Erm... I think it should run Crunch to deal with gengar/mega gengar, latios, stuff like that. Also, if this is showdown OU, you're not going to be using Mega Lucario.

Here's a regular Lucario:

Lucario @ Life Orb
Justified
Jolly
252 Attack 252 Speed 4 Defense/Special Defense
-Crunch
-Extremespeed
-Close Combat
-Swords Dance

The lucario goes well with brokeos:

Latios @ Life Orb/Choice Specs
Levitate
Timid
252 Special Attack 252 Speed 4 (anywhere else but attack)
-Psyshock/Psychic
-HP Fire
-Surf/Roost
-Dragon Pulse/Draco Meteor

If you use Specs, go with draco meteor. If LO, use dragon pulse.

If you use these two, don't use kingdra, because of fairy punching a good sized hole in your team.

Blaze, this is for against their friend. In game. They're breeding everything themself. Things aren't banned in game, and running legendaries is an iffy prospect

SirBlaziken

Whoops. Well, the info was good, just wrong timing. If only we all could RNG a HP Fire Timid Latios *sighs*. Ignore me.
