i was bored so i checked both of the original announcement posters for words that looked similar and both of them had 메가진화 which Google tells me translates to "Mega Evolution" so I think it's almost definitely a Mega Evo with a screen error as opposed to a new form or straight Evo.

It's been confirmed just about everywhere so I wouldn't doubt its Mega Evolution-ness anyway.

It's likely just an image from beta testing or something when graphics weren't fully done, but still interesting that they'd make an oversight like that on their website

Mega Audino looks more healer-ish, which fits since its ability is Healer. I feel like it might end up replacing Chansey in Pokemon Centers one day.
