Scout does bring some interesting points. If Greninja did have good priority, then yeah, definite ban. However, if Conk thinks Mach or a fighting move and you use shadow sneak, greninja won't be hit.

And yes, it does count.

The thing is, a conk player would almost always use Knock Off. If Greninja has Shadow Sneak, it's hit supereffective, if it does not it will switch out or risk being Mach Punched. Conk has nothing to lose by Knock Offing.

As for the ban idk, it certainly wasn't anything close to OP pre-ORAS but I haven't played much competitive since so I don't really know what it's like now. All I can say is no amount of moves will have made it worse than MegaCham which STILL ROAMS OU >_>

I'm just in Ubers waiting to see what happens to Greninja 8D

I haven't touched OU so this comes as a surprise to me but eh, it's not like I care about OU and what gets banned. I do agree, why Greninja though, when there worse things running around the tier *glares at Mega Pinsir*.

Well, mega pinsir has a 4x weakness to stealth rocks which is really hindering it. Landorus-T doesn't make it much terribly easy to deal with if you can get repeated intimidate drops off and I daresay mega metagross does fairly well against it.
