I have a Sceptile as a (minor) antagonist.

When he loves Nidorina's and Latias's performance, after the judges all score her 0, (Sceptile was the only one who gave her any points) he sees that they could make him rich. He shoves Latias into a cage and legs it (he intends to do the same for Nidorina) he attempts to flee in his lamborgini, but skarmory chases him, and manages to free Latias from Sceptile's evil hands. He is last seen with a fish on his head, being attacked by wingulls.
