Where is the name rater?!

I have multiple nicknames I want rated, but I can't, because the database is full of 401 nicknames and it hasn't changed since I signed up here!

It such a disappointment, because I signed up here to have my nicknames rated, but I turned up a bit too late.

Anyone feeling the same?
