I think a good name for latias is dria (dry,a) or ruby.

Newsflash! I just found Latias after 5-10 minutes of searching! I found her in the little bit of water to the east of mauville. I had a feeling she'd be there, and she was the first wild Pokemon to appear! My ultimate Pokemon team is complete!
