Is there something you notice while watching something? Something funny that isn't very noticeable?

I was watching this clip from the doctor who episode robots of sherwood, and I can't help noticing for a moment, it looked like the doctor sticks his finger up Robin Hood at 00:48

I don't know weither it was intended, or an accident, though....
