I was very shocked and disappointed when I heard this last night. He was such an awesome Doctor and it'll be sad to see him regenerate. I'll also be looking foreward to who the new Doctor will be. Let's just hope they give him a good regeneration. =p

You must be joking. James May should be the best Doctor. He's got that inventorish eccentricity that the Doctor has.

And personally, I'm glad to see Tennant go. He was a good Doctor, granted, but I didn't care too much for his ambivalence, and he seemed to stick around too long. I liked Eccleston better. He had the Time War hardened Doctor that I did like, and when he did smile, it was nice to see his attitude change.
