That didnt take me long to figure out. Kinda got it when they said it on the show (A Doctor Moon circling the planet+Doctor Moon= same thing).

Yeah me too. Loved it as well. No one would let me have their night light. Next one looks good. RTD wrote it. Has Lesley Sharp in it. And son of the great late Patrick Troughton, David Troughton.

Not too sure about the River Song thing; she had that whole red shirt thing going from the beginning - she was too close to the Doctor to keep about, just like Jenny.

It struck me that the writer of those episode is possibly a big Ghost in the Shell fan =3

Good episodes though ^^

I rather loved this... I like it when things don't make much sense... or are confusing and fit together and are a bit frightening to boot. Hurrah~

I didn't jump at Ms Evangelista's face, though I jumped at the girl gasping afterwards xD
I was expecting something more horrifying, rather than a SFX person let loose with a smudge tool.
Still. The point was made :]

The whole dream-world thing was wonderfully bizarre... and I laughed at the stuttering man on the teleport for some reason.
Quite sad, though >:
As for the River Song thing... interesting... also quite sad... though how did the Doctor get out of the handcuffs anyway?

Odd how the vashta narada let all the humans go instead of letting them stay and eating them... even if the planet was saved from exploding they could have changed their little minds s:
And they all agreed as one? Eh. Clever idea, though... Moffat's quite excellent at taking simple fears and making them really quite terrifying... the dark, skeletons, monsters under the bed, alive statues, clown-things.

Sad how a library planet-- which sounds rather fantastic-- had to be abandoned.
And for River and the other people... living forever in a dreamlike computer world? Sounds a bit off to me... especially if it was so weird and changeable... and why were Donna's "children" there at the end if they didn't exist when she wasn't there?

ror so... the doctor's?
I'm just remembering how they said to Donna, "when you're not here, it's like we're not here".

But it was also said that all the children were the same. To save Memory =3

Basically there was one original pair of children, CAL simply created AI copies to create a bond between couples & the program. It's far more space efficient in programming (from my experience) to use one referrance point multiple times than using multiple sets of data..

Would you like to lose your place in the save file to Donna's fake child??

Heh, I was kind of thinking this - but it didn't go far enough into the whole question of whether an existence in cyberspace is equivelant to a real life in the episode.. but the added 'ghosting' element MADE the episode for me. I can't think if something more horrifying than slowly listening to a frightened relative losing their mind in front of me.

River Song in my opinion was a brilliant, despite the fact her death was signposted a mile off... I think her addition eludes to the years break for the Doctor. At the end of this series does he meet River & then the gap is where he spends his next 200 or so years? He can then come back a very differant Doctor (with the same face).

All in all these last 2 episodes were excellent & make me excited with Moffat's upcoming leadership. Not only did he manage to make me genuinely believe in Tennant as the Doctor but he made me feel emotion without gurning!

Not a surprise considering the plot... Still, I really liked the 'War on Skaro' rumours, even though yeah, Skaro was destroyed years ago.

Indeed it was, thanks to the Hand of Omega, and the unlimited Rice Pudding, etc. etc.
