Spinda

[Move name] Crazy Disco Beat(Its called crazy 4 a reason)
[Type] Normal/Psychic.
[Power] 10
[Accuracy] 100
[Status/Special/Physical] Special
[PP] 15
[Description] A mysterious attack where your Pokemon grooves to the beat, and weakly attacks. However, there is slight chance that your opponent will be KOd instantly.
In double battles, when used and you have two Pokemon in battle, they both use this attack to double base power to twenty. And the chance where the opponent is KOd will change to a Very likely chance and will KO both of the opponents. However, if that happens, all of your Pokemon NOT in play will KO themselves.

Could this attack get anymore randomer?
Yes.

If a Psychic Pokemon uses this attack against another Psychic, the base power turns to 60.

This attack is learned notably by Kanto Pokemon ONLY- Mew (55) and Mewtwo (99),  Kadabra(40) and Alakazam (50), Mr Mime ( 42),Jynx (45).

Best Wishes from Iris, Ash and Cilan! =]
