Ok. Not that I don't appreciate the suggestion but...Yeah. It's banned. So I'm looking for alternative ways.

Well I didn't notice that when I posted, but the ways of advertising that you posted seem acceptable to me, though mass PMing might be seen as spam so I wouldn't advise that.

EDIT: IRC works well for me as well.
