I better at this than making moves, lol.

Shiver – 5% Pokémon will flinch while Hail is in effect.
Haunt – Ghost-type moves get a 1.25x attack bonus when used on sleeping Pokémon.
Sharp Fin – Physical moves that make contact give an additional 1/16 HP damage to target.

Reversion

This ability reverses the typings of super effective moves and not very effective moves that it uses. (Eg: A fire move on Kingdra is 4x effective).

Inversion

This ability reverses the typings of supper effective moves and not very effective moves attacks dealt upon it. (Eg: a fighting type move dealt on Slaking will not be very effective).

This second one sounds quite inconvenient. Perhaps the two should be merged, so that there's a set back to pwning Steel-types and the like? Seems rather OP otherwise.
