SB2, therefore, cannot be cancelling out SB1, the reverse being true also

So the fact they cancel the other out means they can't be cancelling the other out xD

In theory maybe, but abilities don't take effect simultaneously. I don't know what decides the order, I suppose speed. If so, simply the faster pokémon, or whichever rolls better in the case of a speed tie, will activate the ability, and no further abilities will activate.

Last Will
