I know it's a stupid question but as I said I'm new  :
How do I get to the place with the Pokemon names and suggest my nicknames or whatever because I registered and the website sant me here?

I've read all of the rules yet they don't really answer one question. What are the poke balls for?

They're a sort of status indicator -- regular ones are for members, staff have master balls, and donators have what I think are friend balls. I think that's all of 'em.

Pokéballs - normal member
Safari Balls - donator (not sure to what.)
Great Balls - moderator
Ultra Balls - global moderator
Master Balls - admin

At least, unless it's changed recently.
