Description

Paul is of average height for his age, with shiny black hair that has a glossy texture to it and that falls neatly to his slender neck. Paul's eyes are a bright sapphire-blue that sparkle when he laughs. He has very even white teeth and is very slim. Paul normally wears a sky-blue t-shirt with a white Poke Ball design on the chest, along with black shorts and blue and white trainers. He has a light blue bandana on his head that's similar to May's. Paul also carries a white backpack around with him.

Personality
Paul is a care-free child who loves to play with Pokemon and generally have a good time. He's very kind and helpful to strangers and even quite shy around them. Paul can be a bit of a klutz and is slightly naive. He is very stubborn and has a determined personality that is made clear to everyone when he participates in Pokemon Contests. Paul's personality is reflected on his battling style. He can seem friendly during battle, but is always planning ahead with his Pokemon's feelings taken into account.

History
Paul was born and raised in Twinleaf Town, Sinnoh, the son of Richard Power-A Pokemon Breeder and Ann Power-A Grand Festival winner who is originally from Hoenn.
Paul grew up with his older sister Carol who is a Top Coordinator.
When Carol arrived home for Paul's 10th birthday,she presented him with a red ribbon-the first ribbon she ever won. Since then, Paul has dreamed of becoming as great as his mum and sister in Contests.   
Paul immediately travelled to Hoenn, where he gave up Piplup to his sister and caught a female Skitty. He then went on to catch two female Swablu and Roselia.

Description: Paul first encountered Skitty when he reached the Hoenn region. He met her on the outskirts of Rustboro City. Skitty is a very hyper Pokemon and loves to play with moving objects. She likes to be babied by Paul and gets jealous when he doesn't pay attention to her. She hasn't been entered in any Contests yet, but has shown to have an interest in them, like her Trainer.

Swablu (Female)

Sing, Tackle.

Description: Paul found Swablu near Verdanturf Town. She knocked him in to a lake, but then Paul caught her with a Poke Ball. Swablu's only move to be seen is Sing. She gets along with Skitty and Roselia quiet well.

Roselia (Female)

Grasswhistle, Petal Dance, SolarBeam.


Description: Roselia was a Pokemon that Paul had been looking for for a long time. She is elegant in battle and appears to like when Paul pays attention to her. Not much is known about Roselia as she has only been caught recently.
