12467. Yeah, it does. Because there is no chance any girl you talk to will ever go out with you, whereas that possibility does exist for me. Therefore, if I embarrass myself in front of a girl, it reduces the amount of girls who I can date, which in turn makes me nervous, which in turn makes it harder to talk with them.
